Installation

You have enough on your plate without having to worry about getting your HVAC systems up and running. At Trane, we make your job easier by sending a system specialist to install, set up and service your units to ensure they will be performing at an optimum level for years to come. The only thing you need to decide is which of our competitively-priced, aesthetically pleasing HVAC systems you want—we’ll handle the rest.

Transitioning from R-22

Trane-Transitioning.jpg

With the use of R-22 refrigerant set to be 99.5% phased out in commercial and residential HVAC products by 2020, it’s important that you understand your options. While you can leave your aging system in place or convert to an alternative refrigerant, doing so will require more maintenance and result in reduced efficiency that can negatively impact unit performance and the quality of your residents’ comfort, in addition to impacting their utility costs. Fortunately, there is a third option—transitioning from R-22 to a new condensing unit. New systems are designed to be more energy efficient—installing one will reduce energy consumption and increase your residents’ comfort and satisfaction. New systems also require much less maintenance, thereby decreasing the budget implications of unplanned maintenance expenses, and freeing up your time that is ordinarily spent servicing units. Additionally, new systems fall under the manufacturer’s registered warranty, typically covering the cost of your parts for 10 years from the date of installation.

Coastal Properties

Do you have properties near the coast or other unique locations? There may be additional things you want to consider, like how hard the salty environment can be on your HVAC equipment. Trane’s systems are coastal-optimized to provide you with the most reliable equipment in the industry, so you don’t have to worry about corrosive sea air, sand, or wind. With our patented SPINE FINTM all-aluminum coil design, now even the harshest outdoor environments can’t stop your comfort, providing your guests and homeowners the most worry-free coastal experience possible.
